Because they feel threatened by what you want, because they feel like you don't like your own race. But you know what if you meet an Asian guy who is sweet and loves you, then go for it. Heck some Asians look black themselves!

Perhaps your friends have had bad experiences with them and therefore conclude that ALL Asians are bad...one man's meat is another man's poison! I am pretty sure the feelings are mutual in this game....
But in reality, they are not the ones who are going to decide everyhing for you in life! Sounds like you are an intelligent person to think otherwise....
If everyone is to think like your friends do, where can we ever have world peace????

Some people think that close relationships should only be between the same races. My wife was Japanese and we were happily married for over 42 years.

Depending on what area you are in, it could be a matter of things, but it all leads back to racism. Don't listen to them. If you really like him, race shouldn't matter. Tell you friends to stick their noses somewhere else.

Shoot, all the asians I know are:
Smart as hell, haven't seen a dumb asian yet.
skinny ( its hard to find a big fat *** asian )
rich ( alot of them have the latest, hottest tech gadgits )
They love you loooong time in bed.

if you listen to people they will dictate to you their opinions for the rest of your life.
If you are a strong and free thinking person you will make your own decisins about who you will date.
We are all equal and don't think for a moment that we aren't.
