It's all about diet and exercise. Why does nobody ever want to hear that? Do NOT go on pills, try diet trends or anything else.
Do this:
Eat five-six small meals a day (all healthy). This will boost your metabolism.) I do this strictly Monday-Friday.
Work out a few times a week. (I work out 3 days).
I do this regularly and it keeps me trip. I lost 10 lbs doing this in just two months and have kept it off for four months now so it does work. I'm trim and in great shape now.

hi this was fast healthy and saved us money! if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. Drink at least 8 glasses of water per day, excersize and really push the fruits and vegetables. You could do a juice diet if you have no major health problems. Just fruit juice and water for 3 days!

I find doing without sugar and sweets helps me, Sweet and Low helps and drinking no more than 1 diet soda a day. 30 minutes of walking a day and cutting out as much fat as possible and a little willpower over your tummy.
