if i accidently run over someone in my car, am i supose to keep going if my tire is on there head, or back up, or stop?

I was working as medic. It is important that you know the position of yoru car. If you feel a slight incline, you are on top of the person. This thing barely happened, most car will surely passed the body and not stop right on the body, unless in car wreck you can not move the car. But most likely people will have to move the car to help the person regardless that move will result in internal bleeding or any other problem.

If they are lying underneath your front tires, back up.
If they are in your rear tires, go front.
Stop, get out of the car and give the person first aid, and help them breathe because most likely they have trouble breathing due to pressure.

learn how to do CPR and tracheotomy just in case, it is usefull for your family as well.

wherever the accident happens is where you are required to stop even if your tire is on that persons head// if you move the vehicle you could b held liable for staging a crime scene// dont think you want that
