It's funny that you should bring up this topic at this time... It was just two days ago, immediately following our first snowfall of the year and I was standing out front with my shovel in hand trying to clear the walkway. I noticed a car driving by slowly filled with people wearing neat white shirts and ties. I saw the figure of the cross - it was unmistakable in the salt markings on the side of their vehicle.
I immediately did what any Canadian would do - I dispatched the kids. I ordered them to arm themselves with snow balls and hockey sticks and counter-attack. Luckily it was good packing snow and sent the spiritual warriors speeding off.

Actually, they have. When I was a teenager, my dad would invite over religious types so that they would discuss beliefs and whatnot. When one of these people found out that I had an interest in paganism, he went crazy, started speaking in tongues, calling me a witch, saying I'm possessed by the devil. Mom came in and told him to leave and never come back. He resisted at first and then Dad said it was best to do as Mom said or he was going to call the police and have him removed. It was terrifying to see that.

The next night, he and his congregation all came to our house and started praying out on the lawn. My mom and dad went outside and told them all to disperse, as they were trespassing on private property. They finally did, but only after the police were called. The next day we had to file a restraining order against them.

Yes, and the ouija board I had buried in the back yard ran away shrieking down the street just before it burst into flame. It was awesome, hal lay lou yah!
