i work as a secretary and sit most of the day and want ideas on
how to incorporate more activity throughout the day as well as
outside of work.

I also work at an office, and I read sports to keep myself busy, but for being active, I like going to the gym after work. Try doing that? Or maybe joining a fun vollyball league or something with friends?

Start doing exercises at your desk.

If you live in a warm area, I suggest taking up bike riding for after work.

just listen to the radio & try 2 participate in their contests and try to participate on the road shows organised by different radio channels listen to ghazalas of gulzar ji and relax ur mind and body or try to eat whatever is ur fave dish or drink ur fave beverages
