It may be possible, although difficult to prove without some medical evidence. There have been reports of spontaneous regression, some however have been limited remissions and return after a few months. Some have been much longer remissions and can last for years. It's difficult however to determine if the cancer is completely gone in such instances, although the hope is always that it is gone for good.
You can find medical journals and reports about spontaneous regression or spontaneous remission on PubMed Entrez:

Depends on the factors of the cell type, if aggressive, etc. but unlikely. If it's a non aggressive cell type it's slightly possible with a strict diet of cancer fighting foods, antioxidants & such that it wouldn't enlarge or spread but I don't know about shrinking?

5% of cancers go into remission without any form of treatment. So yes it is possible but I wouldn't get any hopes up.

yes, it is possible that Tumor is skrinkable.cancer is caused due to lack of Oxigen in the body cell , lack of Alkaline/Acid balance in the body and the weak immune system. if we reverse this cause, the Tumor would shrink by itself. eat lot of vegetable ,mashroom, garlic, and FISH and drink 8-9 glass of water every day. and go for brisk walking every day for more oxigen. build up your immune system by eating balanced food.
