It's a 5.2l (318).
5.9L was only on the 98 Limited, 4.7 is on the newer Grands (WJs)

Its either 4.7L, 5.2L, or 5.9L. Look on the decals under the hood around the radiator, they will tell you which engine you have.

if you have any stickers on vehicle anywhere ill tell you 5.0L is 302 cid 5.7L is 350// 6.0Lis 400cid and so on so if you can find some where that shows litre size you can get close cid//cubic inch displacemant

im pretty sure that it is a 318.. aka 5.2.. good motor... well all jeep motors are good

90% that its a 4.7 litre il need to go and check my specs for this model fi can find them. however it may be 5.8,
