PLZ TELL ME WHAT HOME EXERCISES SHD I TRY TO REDUCE WEIGHT AND BUILD MUSCLES.... ANY COMMENTS ON MY ABOVE LISTINGS??

Just eat right and do some pushups and situps. Or run around the blocks. Maybe get a bo-flex or something to workout with. Or buy a few free weights. You should go to your local gym if you got one too. Work out a few times a week and do some cardio for an hour a day for 4 days also.

try walking either on a teadmill or out doors
i walk 60 minutes a day. but i started at 15 minutes a day and gradually worked my way up.
