Im 86kgs and 176cm tall

for breakfast i have a coffee with skim milk
in the afternoon around 2 o clock i have 1 banana
at night i have a small bowl of salad consisting of ( 5 lettuce leaves, 5 cherry tomatos, 5 thin slices of cucumber, 1 hardboiled egg,)

during the day i drink lots of water, and diet coke.

been doing this for 5 days so far..

i plan to do it for 8 weeks..how much weight do u think i will lose?

you will basically be starving yourself and probably look worse than you think you do now. eat right. have a bowl of cereal and an oarange in the morning with that coffee, same for lunch and dinner. stay away from fats and sweets and you'll drop the weight you want but saftly. keep drinking the water though....

Are you trying to loose fat or weight? This diet will help you lose weight, but it will only be temporary and you will put it back on after the 8 weeks. What your doing is not a FAT LOSS diet.

If you want to loose just FAT then have a decent breakfast, 2 eggs (poached/boiled) and cereal. 2-3 hours later have a small balanced meal. 2-3 after that have another, do this 2 more times (5 meals so far, all small and nutricious)

After just a week or two you will feel better, look better, and will already be loosing fat.

Remember you can only loose about 1kg of FAT per week before you risk loosing lean body mass (muscle). Losing weight for good is a slow process.

Importantly you should excersise more, this boosts your metabolism (which burns fat) without causeing your body to go into starvation. Also the more muscle you have the fast you will burn fat.

You will end up ill on this diet. This just isn't enough to eat & one egg will not give you enough protein. You would do much better on a balanced diet of 3 proper meals a day (although low fat) and lots of exercise (which you didn't mention). Have your salad for lunch and have a soup for dinner.

This diet screams of anorexia in the wings!! Don't go there....because it's just too hard to dig yourself back out.

I think your skin will look grey and ashy and your hair will fall out. You aren;t getting nearly enough protein, vitamins, calcium, fat, or fiber. Stop drinking the diet soda-it's all chemicals, and no good for you. Try having some protein and skim milk for breakfast. For lunch, have that salad, and for dinner, have some whole grains, fresh veggies, and lean protein (fish, for example), with a piece of fruit for dessert, and another glass of milk. Keep drinking your water.

i would be surprised if you lose any because you have to eat in order to lose weight. you are not eating enough it sounds like. you have to eat to get your metabolism going and that helps you lose weight. just eat a balanced diet, watch your portions, drink water, and exercise. and when you don't eat enough you get run down, you could get sick.
