I hate eating veggies and was wondering if this might be a good substitutee. I still eat a good amount of fruitss and get plenty of fiber from fruit and whole grains. Will V8 save me?!

Not so much. As everyone stated, there are nutrients that are lost, sugar and salt added, etc. I have a juicer and I re-created V8 juice. The two tasted TOTALLY different. The fresh version tastes better. :-)

All you really lose is the mass from the food, you can not live off of V8 without anything else as you could with Veggies.

it does give you the vitamins and stuff from veggies, but look at the sodium and sugars part on the label. if there's a lot of sodium then just eating plain veggies would be better.
