Aw aleake el salaam,

Many things in the Quran has been taken from the Bible, but it was never implied 100% of the Quran. Some estimate around 70% of the Quran was taken from the Bible.

99 names! come on that is easy. Anyone can do it, and a person doesn't have to be a prophet. Odd enough people can write books and invent stories and they are not prophet. Ever seen the book, 'War and Peace"! it is huge. there is one section that speaks about what happen with someone and his knife, it took 75 pages. not just 99 words.

Look at both with an objective eye, and compare, but make sure that you are doing that to see what similarity they have, not how different they are. You will notice how much similar they are, and how many saying that has been quoted by Jesus Christ, also has been quoted as the supposedly original saying of Muhammad!

Let me ask you some questions.
We have been told that Muhammad was illiterate, correct! then why would he have his wife's cousin translate the Torah and the Bible for him to Arabic? it is not like he can read it! but he got it translated to Arabic? Ever wondered why?

He lived all his life supposedly illiterate, and yet we are told that his wife Aisha was a teacher and taught many men how to read! why wasn't she his teacher as well? why didn't he learn how to read? he would have a private teacher, his own beloved wife. Ever wondered why!
Thank you in advance if you can answer my query.

Is that logically enough!

Similarities between the Qur’an and the Bible does not necessarily mean that the former has been copied from the latter. In fact it gives evidence that both of them are based on a common third source; all divine revelations came from the same source - the one universal God. No matter what human changes were introduced into some of these Judeo-Christian and other older religious scriptures that had distorted their originality, there are some areas that have remained free from distortion and thus are common to many religions. The similarities between the two signify a common source that is one true God and the continuation of the basic message of monotheism and not that the later prophets have plagiarised from the previous prophets. The Qur’an presents all the different prophets of Allah as belonging to one single brotherhood; all had a similar prophetic mission and the same basic message. Because of this, the fundamental teachings of the major faiths cannot be contradictory, even if there has been a considerable passage of time between the different prophetic missions, because the source of these missions was one: Almighty God, Allah. This is why the Qur’an says that the differences which exist between various religions are not the responsibility of the prophets, but of the followers of these prophets who forgot part of what they had been taught, and furthermore, misinterpreted and changed the scriptures. The Qur’an cannot therefore be seen as a scripture which competes with the teachings of Moses, Jesus and the other prophets. On the contrary, it confirms, completes and perfects the messages that they brought to their people.

You have to be kidding right?
You mean to say that only 'prophets' can come up with 99 names for an imaginary sky pixie?
The hindus came up with 33 THOUSAND names for their imaginary magic friends, does that make them super-prophets?
