you get 1 mrem from your tv and you get 40 mrem from an x-ray so very little

Very low levels, post 1970. About 1/10 of the amount of a chest x-ray.

Just a little but if you're about 2 inches away from the front of the screen. Probably about as much as the CRT monitor on your desktop computer.
