I know of sites with midi-files galore....but no real organ music. Try a Google search for Gregorian Chant and see what you can find.

If it's for use in the Church you will have to find out what the Church rules are regarding Music. The Copyright people have made it difficult for Churches to follow the rules. I think you have to purchase a copy of the song or music before you can perform it.
