You must have misread the old handwritten documents. No suchb name as Malvern in Prussia (or even Neidereis). The closest I can come up with is the little village of Niederweis in the Eifel Mountains,
close to the village of Malberg:
Now part of the town of Irrel, Eifelkreis Bitburg-Prüm County in the German Federal Stare of Rheinland-Pfalz (close to the border with the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg), the small village of Niederweis (with a population of 213 in 2006) came under Prussian rule in 1815, as a consequence of the congress of Vienna.
