im trying to eat healthier at the moment and ive started eating tinned 'heinz' soup...........ive been eating many varietes, and im loving them But im worried that i think im eating healthy bu not.
Are these soups good for you or not? i mean, are they like a ready meal in a tin?packed full of badness?
any recipes for soups thats are healthy and good fotr you are welcome

To an extent it's OK and to an extent it's bad for you. If your not sure read and compare the labels. The nutritional content is printed on the side of the can. Legally it's suppose to be accurate.

definite. the only element you may observe of is that storing soup which you probably did not end in the can isn't secure. in spite of in case you at the instant are not pregnant. They're not terribly bad for you. Most are low in fat. But check out the sodium levels in them. If you have issues with blood pressure, you might want some more variety in your diet.

They are generally ok but most are very high in sodium. There are some low sodium varieties available though.

you shouldn't eat tin. it's bad for your stomach. try tomato soup instead
