baby girl, all you have to do is talk to him. any regular conversation. that's all it takes for him to notice you. talk about his interests. he'll get the hint that you like him. then move on the a going-out conversation. like, "hey --- movie--- is playing this weeekend. let's go and see it." but what ever you do, don't tell him you like him off the bat, if the response is not what you're expected. it would break you.

Yeah! Just ask him out/spend some time doing something. I would guess that you are perhaps inexperienced or younger than 21.
Just be honest and mention that you would like to spend some more time together and go out somewhere. The more time you spend together on your own with him the more obvious it will become that you are actually attracted to him.
If you just stick your tongue down his throat, and you and him are under 21, he'll treat you like slag and you'll always be the easy lay.
Men do actually like a challenge and the girls that were obvious and always 'up for it' are the ones that just fade away and are forgotten trash. The most challenging and interesting girl I met is now my wife and when I asked her out she said, "I'll think about it." The slag before her........ can't remember her name but she was a great lay .

okay don't just rnun up and kiss him. you see that in fantasy movies. (fantasy) it actually works out in them. but in real life you never know how a guy will react. so you need to handle this situation by body language. smile at him in a flirty way, when he least expects it, sorta nudge him when he passes you. also talk to him a lot. not to the point where he gets annoyed but talk to him ask him how hes been. talk to him a lot! continuously flirt. and when he starts talking back to you the way you talk to him thats called flirting then you ask him if he still likes you deep down inside. If he says no, say "well what made you stop liking me?" (even if you know that answer.) and say well i sorta like you now too. see what happens from there, things should go certain ways. if he doesn't seem interested then thats too bad!! but im pretty sure he will. a guy never looses his feelings for a girl no matter what happens. so he will be interested.

ok i'm trying to put myself in your situation.. i think i would be well nervous and pretty shy around him but the only solution is to ask him if he wants to grab a quick drink or coffee with you after a tutoring session? ... or .. do you know what his interests in life are? like for example if theres a movie you know he wants to see, you could say you want to see it too and suggest you catch it together? If hes liked you in the past and hes shy around you now i think thats a good sign he likes you now! I'm sure if you sit back and do nothing, fate will play its part if you two are meant to get together. Best of luck to you anyway.. let us know how you get on!

Ok heres what you do... You said that you tutor his little sister everyday right? Well after you tutor her then go up to his room and sit and talk with him and when you feel like the time is right then tell him that you like him.

If he really is shy, he probably won't ever approach you. So that leaves it up to you. Start a conversation, play with your hair, while talking with him. If he is really shy, he still won't get the signal, shy guys tend to be very insecure about themselves and don't like to risk rejection. So the more you talk with him, the more comfortable he will be with you, and it will be more likely that he will finally get the juevos to ask you on a date.
You may want to leave a hint with his sister too. Something like asking whether he has a girlfriend. That will definitely get back to him. Don't ask her to ask him anything like you are trying to get information, but if you ask who his girlfriend is, she will have to ask him. That should give him the hint that you want to know, and may be interested.

Go up to him and get into a conversation and at some point tell him I have actually had a crush on you I don't know if you noticed and if you would like to go out to eat and talk with me. And from that point on take slow steps and evetually you'll probably get to the point were you are kissing.

You could FLIRT. But guys are dumb and he might not notice. Invite him out for a drink or ask him to give you a lift home.
Be really immature and get his sister to break the news...that would be kind of sweet really.

Just be honest and tell him how you feel? You only have one shot at life, and we miss so many oppertunities. At the end of the day if he doesnt feel the same, well what have you lost, he will be flattered, and you know where you stand. If he does feel the same then there you go! You wont know till you try!
Go on take a risk!
