the formal way to say is "watashi wa anata aishiteimasu"(ay-shite-i-ma-su)
watashi- i
anata- you
ai(ay)- love
shite-imasu - state of..
but in a casual way,..you say..aishiteiru
(ay-shi-te-i-ru)
