EASY WAY TO FIND OUT..
Make her have an orgasm by stimulating the clitoris. Either by hand or by vibrator. The noise she makes then is her true orgasm sound. If It doesn't sound like that then probably.
But honestly does it really matter. I'm sure it feels unbelievable regardless. Trust me.
PLUS THE 1ST COMMENT. I have never laughed after an orgasm, it's too intense, you just want to enjoy it as long as you can.

There is no physical signs of a woman faking an orgasm. If she is really clever about it, then you will never know if she is faking.
I know this from my own experiences, because almost 90% of the time I have to fake it.

If she's faking, it's because she doesn't wanna hurt your feelings, or rather puncture your ego... At least she's caring in that sense. Hehehe
I suppose you can tell by the look on her face... If she has a very awkward look on her face, she's trying to hard. If she has a pleasurable look on her face and it seems like she's in the zone, she's not faking!
