ask him out for coffee.... repeat this for weeks, gradually ask him for movies and such... get him to open up to you and one day tell him that u enjoyed gg out with him... tell him "how abt let's get together??'
there's nothing to lose cos since both of u r in diff company, there's no enbarassment..... u better start or lose him, cos as time goes, he might got himself a gal...
