I think that it may either be a suspicion you may have about what's currently going on with him.
Or, this will sound so confusing, but it may be your dreams is telling you what's really going on with your ex boyfriend and the reason for the break up. Perhaps it's because your defense mechanism isn't allowing you to believe it but it's really what's going on from all the evidence you may have found but you just had a benefit of a doubt. Your dreams are just telling you the truth aside from the illusion your mind has made.
(Kind of like when a girl has so much evidence her boyfriend is cheating but she is in denial and won’t believe it.)

It is very common for people to dream about ex-partners. Individuals that have been an important part of our lives continue to take up a part of our mind and heart. It is impossible to very dramatically shut the person out of thoughts and feelings. You will continue to dream about your ex until you "let go" of him on a very important level, or until you learned your lessons from that relationship. Either way, dreaming about your ex-romance does not predict future involvement. It may be wish-fulfillment, reliving memories, or working out old issues.

Dreams are generally a subconsious reflection of what we are thinking. Things don't happen because we dream about them. Sometimes it may seem that way becuase we dream about the things our minds dwell on and the things we dwell on are the things we act on - whether it be conciously our subconciously. A nasty breachup is emotionally tramatic and will occupy your thoughts for quite some time. So, it is very normal to have these types of dreams. not having them would be unusual. I hope this helps. jason

perhaps this represents a wish & desire of your heart. Maybe you really want to be with him and have a baby or maybe you just want to have a baby. Dreams sometimes mean sometimes and sometimes they are simply a way for our unconscious mind to dump some stuff. I suspect however that you still have some strong feelings for this guy and perhaps are grieving the miscarriage. Blessings

I think it means that you still care about him, but even deeper down you know things will not work out. We all keep a bit of feeling inside for all of our exes, it plays into our character and makes us who we are (Scientologists would disagree). Don't deny your old feelings, but at the same time try to move on.

Sometimes dreams can display what you are already possibly deeply thinking about. Maybe you should tell him about the miscarriage and find out how he feels overall about your lives.

sometimes dreams do tend to give information prior to events. This dream you had may actually happen. Theres no 100% chance it will. But it might, then its up to you to decide: take him back, or not to take him back.

I think your brain is a processor. The brain is simply putting un-used files away, sort of like defraging your computer. Taking memory out of short-term memory and storing it in long-term.
