Try to get know him, of course flirt him, once he do it back to you, there you are, you will see the answer front of him. However, guys might be confuse you. The best thing is to ask, it won't hurt to know the truth than make a mistake.

even when he flirts back doesn't really mean he's interested.... flirting is in guy's genes...
i'm facing this problem too... i flirt with him and he flirts back, it gets so obvious tat others notice it but he had not said or asked me out yet... But still, i hope tat u get him....
