Pick up the book mentioned below, you will find the botanical names of Indian Medicinal Plants. It should be available in the market or in the library. You can also go the Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India.

I don't know where you could find ALL medicinal plants, but there are a great deal of psychoactive plants (in great detail) in the Vaults of Erowid.

you can find them in botanical directory. it is a collection of botanical names of all known plants in the world.you search there for medicinal plants.you will get.

for ex: tectonic grandees is botanical name of teak
