I'm confused..... 100% wheat, enriched, bleached, hydrogenated???? aaah. And whats the difference?

Um, I am pretty sure "Enriched" is not all that good for you. I would buy 100% wheat bread, or some rye bread to mix it up a little.

You want WHOLE GRAIN breads. It must say whole grain on the label. Not multi grain, or bleached, or hydrogenated, or enriched. Look for the words "whole grain."
