hmmmm maybe relaxing like 4 hours prior to bed. No TV, radio. Meditate on calming things. are you under stress, are you worried? are you afraid of something. come to terms with those things during the day. Don't eat after 7pm. no alcohol or smokes

The only way to "make your dreams at night not so weird and freaky" is to start paying attention to them to find out what message it is that they are trying to impart to you.. Every dream has something to tell you. Once you discover what the message is, you will need to make a decision regarding which way to act upon the message- and then act upon it. Only then, will your dreams stop being so weird.

You see, you could have a completely different dream each night for 4 nights in a row, and each completely different dream could be giving you the very same message. If you don't heed the message of the first dream, the second dream might become a bit "wierd" and the weirdness will progress with each subsequent dream until you have a full-blown nightmare. That is how the mind works.

Dreams are not meant to be strange or scary. They are only strange & scary in order to get our attention. As soon as we give attention to those dreams and act upon the messages, the dreams won't be so weird and scary.

I've analyzed my dreams and the dreams of everyone else I know for fifteen years now. Let me know if you need help discovering the messages of your dreams. I can analyze them for you. Just write me at my link.

Good luck.

Try reading before bed. Dreams are part of your subconscious, so you can't really control it.
