I follow the first Amendment that forbids a state religion. If I did put Moses god Yahweh before myself, I'd give equal time to the many other gods that men have invented, eg Allah, Brahma, Yu Ti, Zeus, Jove, Odin, Wotan, Ahuramazda, Ma Lo Wong, the Flying Spaghetti Monster, etc., etc. Then, I'd have time for nothing else. The best thing is to realize that all gods are fantasies and put onesself first.

I wish I could say I do. But sadly in many many situations each day I put me first....and often when I do things do not turn out as I wished they would...I have found when I put God or others first, in the long run those are the things that have turned out the best in my life....

I do put God above myself, and if it was His will that we do that, then I'd have to do it, but since it's not, and I have His Word to back that up, and guide me, I will not be doing that. Soli Deo Gloria!
