A miracle is usually some occurence that cannot be explained in logical terms. Many years ago, giving birth was considered a miracle. Why? Because at that time no one was intelligent enough to explain the workings of the human body. Don't know how it works?"....Must be a miracle. Today we grow babies in test tubes, no miracle, just science.
The more we learn in science, the further back religion falls. That's why most religions get in the way of progress, such as stem cell research. The more science, the less religion. Science is the enemy of religion and religion will kill to survive. All religion is dangerous.

Things like cancer actually can sometimes go into remission on its own, so this is not always a great example of a "miracle".

I think many of us have had situations where it seemed literally like a "miracle" got us through.

Some of us call it luck, but some think it goes much deeper than that. God isn't going to hand out miracles like free candy, life is supposed to be hard. Sometimes it is just a person's time. Perhaps they have suffered enough. Perhaps they have a job to do after death. If you believe, this is not as far-fetched as it seems.

This is what makes faith so fascinating.

A miracle is something that happens that defies all scientific explanation. So far there have been no documented miracles. The healings that happen on the TV Evangelist shows have been show time and again to be hoaxes using people who don't have anything wrong with them to pretend to be healed. Older miracles, Lourdes, and things like that don't have any bases in reality. There are plenty of explanations for the grotto, the spring, and no documented healing has ever occurred there. (All the claims have failed closer examinations)

Pray and wait on God. He might be doing an amazing miracle in and around you right now but you are focused on only the miracle as you want it to happen: full healing. That might not be the way God has in mind.
I know it's hard to deal with death and give over control to God in the face of such pain, but, He's also the Prince of Peace. Give the Maker of Miracles a chance to be your Prince of Peace as well.

God doesn't always answer everybodies prayers. If you read the Bible, you can't always predict or control what God will do, He does whatever he wants, for whatever reason he chooses. But I still believe in miracles, because I would be dead by now if God hadn't protected me. I've nearly died twice, but I'm still alive, so I can try to save some more people before I die.

Yes I do, and I have seen a dramatic miracle and had many answers to prayer. I don't know why some people get no, for an answer and some get yes. I do know that sometimes the answer is later, but it is appointed unto man once to die and then the judgment.

Medical anomalies occur.

I know an oncologist who had a patient with terminal pancreatic cancer. He was given 6 months to live. So the old boy went back to his ranch in Wyoming and drank a bottle of whiskey every week and smoked cigars every day. Three years later he came back to the medical center and they couldn't find a trace of the cancer. The old guy credited the whiskey and cigars.

A miracle is (despite popular belief) are explainable and works with nature and science. Good does not work without reason, nor will he do something contrary to his own law.

I do believe in miracles and for every accident that I've walked away from and for every day I wake up and can breathe, I will always believe in miracles.

I believe in miracles...I have seen them..and, I am waiting on one now...

I dont know why some things do not happen when you pray for them..It could be that you didnt ask correctly, or you stopped beleiving..Or, it was not Gods will..
