It seems like you have slow metabolism, or that you have already been on this plan for too long and cant drop any more weight. It is known that when a person A consumes 250 cals a day for an extended amount of time, the day person A consumes 600 cals (even if that is extremely under the requirement) that person will gain weight. This is not a healthy plan, and you are not getting the results that you want, try another one or get a nutricionist.

You're obviously not eating enough - your body is in starvation mode and is holding onto every last calorie since you're starving yourself. Try eating a 1200-1500 calories per day (depending on your size/weight) and drinking water and you will definitely lose weight.

you need nutrition and very few calories. if your system doesnt get the the right intake then you wont lose any weight. try asking this guy that i use, he is the best. go to www.myhealthabc.com and leave your details. he will sort you out in no time. i lost 40 pounds in six months that i had been carrying forever. good luck

you are not eating enough. your body is in starvation mode, and it's not going to release fat stores. your lucky that you aren't losing any lean body mass

you should be eating at least 2,000 cals a day
