I was homeschooled so I never technically got a highschool diploma..Im 24 now and I want to go get my GED but im scared to death (especially of the math section....I suuuuuuuuuuck at math) ....generally , how hard is the test to get your ged?.....and do they allow you to use calculators for the math section?

It's not bad. You will need to know a little algebra I think. Pretty sure no calculators either.
You should be able to go to your local library and take a pretest. That way you can also see if or where you may need help. You can also get a GED study book from them.
Where I live if you pass the pretest you didn't have to pay for the final test. That was a few years ago too.

Well, first, your parents should have asked your local high school about that at the time. You could have received an actual diploma at the time. The GED test is REALLY easy. It's made for drop outs to pass. Don't worry about it.

Not very hard. My sister got hers on a 6th grade education. Sorry, I don't know about the calculator part.

most highschool students can't pass it, it's fairly hard.
