I went through a stage when i didnt go to the gym for like 2 months and lost like 1/2 stone in weight. Ive started back up again and have put weight back on yet im still eating the same as i did b4.

It is muscle, if you do not exercise you lose muscle,( this is very noticeable on older people. )You should keep up excising otherwise you will start to go flabby muscle -wise. You need not go to the gym, you can use books as weights. You can go for a walk or cycle ride. It is important .

You are eating more it's just that you don't have an exact record of what you eat, If you eat 1 pound of food then you are 1 pound heaver until the body processes that food, therefore you cannot get heavier eating the same food but expending more energy, the weight you are is muscle so you are doing something right, keep it up.

Possibly just muscle loss from lack of activity and now you have resumed your workout, you have gained the muscle back again.

muscle weighs more than fat, so it could be that your building up your muscle mass again now you are back at the gym, good luck!

when u go to the gym ur putting weight because ur muscles r getting bigger not because ur getting fat
