Hey Hot Momma,

For a blank Birth Certificate, you could just Scan your own, and use paint or some other bitmap editor to 'blank' out the fields. You can also cut and paste letters in the same certificate to put them somewhere else, spelling names that were never there. It takes time to do that, but it works really great. Tedious work though. But here are some scrapbook certificate sites too.

Find the obit on line by Goggling Earhart. Also newspaper archives. Historical library microfiche. Curious to know why you want a blank birth certificate??? You can make one up on your computer but you can't shop for one (too many people would fake a birth for fraudulent purposes).
