I'm a 21 year old female, 5'2"ish, and I have been dieting for a few weeks. I want to make sure I am having enough calories because in the past I've had too little and it slowed down my metabolism, causing me to gain weight :(
I visited some site that said i need 1500 calories, but that seems like way too much for my height! I'm trying to lose 15-20 pounds, right now I'm about 130 (my heaviest weight ever) Any suggestions?
