Why do you want to ask an offensive question in the first place? If you know that it will offend the masses then you have to put the question in a form that will not offend the masses. Some people ask questions just to be controversial, not because they really want an answer.
People ask offensive questions all the time. Every question will annoy someone. You just have to be kind when you ask a question and avoid terms and words that are hot spots if at all possible.

Put an explanation before and after the question. For example, before the question say "This may offend some people but I have to ask it." After the question explain why you asked it. An offensive question is probably offensive because it contains an assumption that not everyone accepts or it discusses a sensitive subject. If the problem is about an assumption, then ask about the assumption....

ask it simply without sounding like an accusation. Some people are going to be offended no matter what you do, but for the most part if you are legitimately looking for an answer and not trying to insult someone then it isn't a problem. Just watch your wording.

First of all smile and be real.

Handle the question delicately. Cushion it between compliments. Start off with a compliment. Then pose your question. Then end with a compliment.

Try and ask your question in a way that seems like you want to be constructive and supportive rather than negative and petty.

It's not possible because that's the definition of offensive. If you want to ask a question about a sensitive topic, try using euphemisms.

Well you can't offend masses because they are not people. They are a ritual of prayer and the reliving of the last supper, so you can't offend them

Oxymoron buddy- Just spit it out. If you think it's ok to ask offensive questions you have to learn to be ok with offending people.
