First of all I have to mention that the question too general which makes it difficult to answer.

Both Michael Anglo and Leonardo Da Vinci are great artists. Nevertheless I prefer Michael Angelo, as an artist, to Leonardo Da Vinci. But Da Vinci was also a man of science and inventions, therefore he surpasses Michael Angelo in totality.

So which one do I like better. My answer is: It depends on my own interest ( science and invention, or art, or both)

In conclusion, no answer will be the right or wrong answer, bearing in mind that there are people who many not like either of them and like Rafael Spatini better. Good luck!

Michelangelo was the finest artist of his time, no contest!
Leonardo Da Vinci was an absolute genius but he was not specifically a painter. He was also a great experimenter and his colours are not all that "permanent", as painters say, which makes the restorer's work very tricky.

That is a tough one. They are pretty different....Da Vinci I think is more of a Renaissance man than an artist. His insight into the human body and interest in flight are greater achievements than his art, in my opinion. Michelangelo is a true artist and that was his craft.

I have seen the Sistine Chapel and the statue of the Virgin Mary holding Jesus in St. Peters that are masterpieces by Michelangelo and they are brilliant. Da Vinci's "Mona Lisa" wasn't impressive to me. I would love to have seen "The Last Supper" to see something he did on a grander scale. Although his horses on top of St. Marks in Venice were pretty cool.

I guess to answer your question, If you are referring to who is the better artist, I would say Michelangelo. If you are referring who made more of an impact on history and our way of life, I would say Da Vinci. Both were amazing men who have changed the world in which they lived.

michelangelo is one of the finest painters the world has seen..and so i have to say in that field he is better than da vinci. But if u talk about invention and science i would have to say that da Vinci surpasses Michelangelo. to be honest i dont think they can be ever compared in any way..both are different in their own way and both have contributed differnt things to things world
