There is no set time period. My wife and I became friends first and did not use the Love word until six months after we met.

I have been in other relationships where the Love word came out much sooner and it was not real love. So make sure it is true love before saying it.

You need to feel it yourself and feel your partner's love as well before you say "I love you".

Take care,
Troy

When you start feeling the big four letter word, say it. It should be a genuine feeling inside you. It does not depend on how many times you date.

That's a really individual question and it depends on how you feel. But remember that love is a two-way street and the other person may not feel the same way. Anytime you say I love you you are opening yourself for joy or disappointment. I would wait until you are sure how the other person feels about you.

it varies. Say it when you feel it. This could be days, weeks or months or even years. But dont say it unless you mean it. Dont say it because the other person did and you feel obligated either. Only say it, if you honestly do love the person. It isnt fair if you say it and dont really mean it. And dont be afraid to say it when you feel it, even if you wonder what the other person will think. Dont expect the other person to say it because you have. Express your feelings because its what you feel, and only because its what you feel and you want to share these feelings with the other person. Never skip the chance to say something, because you may never get the opportunity to say it again. Good luck.

In all honesty, you can not put a time on when it is alright to say the word LOVE. If you follow your instincts, you will know when it is the right time.

Remember not to second guess yourself.
