What to do?

My boyfriend borrowed money from me
to pay his cell phone and said he was going to pay me the next day back. iam not mad cause of the money , but its been almost one week and he hasnt even mention if he is going to pay me back or no. he doesnt have money problems because he earns almost 900.00 every two weeks.And he bearly got paid.
i been saving for a car and i bearly have what he gets paid every two weeks. Why doesnt he tell me anything if he can pay me back why doesnt he just tell me. he makes me feel like he doesnt care... plus when he borrowed my credit card he used it to go out to eat and didnt even mention it to me.
how do i tell him.....

What i meant is that i dont care about the money . I care that he doesnt care what i
think about him.....i mean getting money without telling me....... and not even caring to pay me back, or aleast tell me something.
the money is not important to me, cause if it was i would tell him straight out

First off, you said you're not upset about this issue, when in reality, you ARE. I mean, come on; you're asking for advice on how to handle the situation. If it wasn't something that bothered you, you wouldn't be reading this right now.

Sorry; just had to point that out. Now let's get back on the subject:

So let's see -- your boyfriend makes nearly $2000 a month. But he uses YOUR money to pay for some of the things in HIS life. I'm at a disadvantage since I can't ask you questions on the fly, but I'll assume that you have a decent job; it just doesn't pay as well as his. You don't have a car; he does (and he didn't even have to pay for it). That's what I'll work off of, though the answer will be similar for whatever the situation is.

My reasoning -- he splurges. He uses his money too quickly without really thinking about it. He may make $2000 a month, but he spends it as quickly as he earns it. And he uses your money to pay for his necessities. He obviously wants you to be forgetful when it comes to finances (because he doesn't sound like he's gonna pay you back, and he didn't tell you what he was using your credit card for).

So what's the proper way to solve the dilemma? Well, you can always go to the bank and change the authorization information on your credit card (so he can't use it even if he has it). You can ALWAYS refuse to give him money if you don't feel comfortable doing it. OR, you can continue to let him financially use you, and you'll just have to deal with it for the rest of your life, as long as you're with him.

It'd be a smart move to confront him; he MIGHT just be waiting for you to ask him for your money back. If he refuses to pay you back or he denies the fact that you gave him some money, you have no obligation to ever do it again. You don't even have an obligation to be with him in the first place! Either he should fix his act, or you should find yourself a financially stable boyfriend. Good luck.

There's not really much to tell him. He knows he's not doing you right with money issues. The only think you can or should tell him is how badly it bothers you. Obviously he's not good with money, but he's also not very good with keeping his word or caring about your feelings. You really need to have a long heart-to-heart talk with him about your relationship and then think long and hard about if you would want to spend your life with someone that cares so little. just tell him and don't lend him anymore money or give him your card again....don't let any man use you...that is what he is doing.....be smart...good luck
