I have always heard it is better to be pissed off than pissed on. The term "piss off" means to go, leave, get out of my sight. The term "pissed off" means a person is really aggravated or angry at something you have done. So if someone gets pissed off at you they will tell you to piss off.

No, It's just a made up slang they mean to say. not that pee and walk away that's actually funny because sometimes I wonder if they say "Move-it" do they mean that we should move our butt?
