A rinse is only temporary. If you don't want the fading, you will have to use permanent haircolor, or at least semi-permanent, which will fade in 4 weeks or so.

Black has a blue foundation when it comes to hair color, that's why your hair turned blue. Try a natural black instead of blue/black, It will look or even say darkest brown or soft black, all that means is that it has a neutral color instead of a blue for a base. It should cover the blue, but its possible it may have a bit of a blue shine, Most importantly get extremely good coverage(buy an extra box just to be safe) and leave it on for the full time, Your not just coloring your hair your correcting it, so it needs the full time to cover. You can get a semi-permant, demi-permant, or just permanent, just know that anything but permanent will fade to a brown or maybe even a greenish-brown color. Permanent would be your best bet.

That can happen if you put black on blonde hair. You should head off to a stylist so he can color your hair properly. Going from blonde to black is a VERY drastic change. But, if you really want to try and fix it on your own, what you could try is going to the store, picking up a box of permanent black hair dye and starting over by coloring the hair black (but I'm not sure if this'll work, so try it at your own risk!). I've had my share of hair coloring disasters, and it happens to the best of us. I'm not sure if my suggestion will work, so you really should go to a stylist for the color change, or at least a consultation of what you should do. Consultations usually cost less. Good luck! I hope it all works out!

I have heard that to strip color out of your hair you can use Prell shampoo. Put it on thick and leave it on for 20 minutes or so and rinse out. It has to be the original formula (green) I won't guarantee that it will work but is should strip the color out. Then you can re-color your hair but in order to get blonde hair black you will have to go with permanent dye and you may have to do it twice.

You can use regular ordinary dish soap or a clarifying shampoo to pull the color out. Wash with it, put a plastic cap over it and let the soap sit on your hair for about 20-30 minutes, it will pull a lot of the unwanted color out.

Good luck!!

you need to put the red back into your hair by getting a warm reddy colored hair dye. or you could go to a salon who could put a color stripper on your hair which would remove the black/blue/green altogether........whatever you do dint put bleach on your hair to remove it it just wont work you will just rewin your hair and turn it ginger...... if you choose to go with the red hair dye your hair should go a warn black not greenxx

if you have blonde hair this will naturally get bleached by the sun in the summer. There had been this guy in my class who also had golden blonde hair that was a medium brown near the base. When he came back to school after summer vacation, it was practically platinum blonde!

i think you should go to the salon. the hairdressers there ought to know what to do and it's very easy for them to solve your problem.

besides, if you're not satisfied with the results, at least someone else is liable.

i wouldn't use a color remover, they usually mess your hair up more. the safest thing to do is to go to a salon.
