It doesn't. The concept that a suicide won't go to Heaven, although he or she has been Born Again, is a manufactured doctrine of the Catholic Church.

The whole plight of Christ, is a form of Suicide.
We are slaughtered financialy if not physically for being upright, and voicing truth.
I doubt many Christians, or religious folks from any part of the world live long past 33.
I read the bible a lot, but I dont claim to memorize every verse like church floks claim.
However I will say that I've never seen anything demonizing suicide, though I have seen lots of stuff saying "do for others",
I, as A Capitolist buisness person, am taught, that doing for others is "suicide".

Are any among you suffering? They should pray... Are any among you sick? They should call for the elders of the church and have them pray over them, anointing them with oil in the name of the Lord. The prayer of faith will save the sick, and the Lord will raise them up; and anyone who has committed sins will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to one another, and pray for one another, so that you may be healed. The prayer of the righteous is powerful and effective. (Jam 5:13-16, NRSV)

It doesn't state suicide, but really read what it says and you will understand the message.

It says it in the Leviticus and Exodus, that anyone who murders another is not worthy to enter the Kingdom of God, because he has killed one who was made in the image of God. Killing yourself is a form of murder and is still held so in some courts.

The Bible doesn't say that committing suicide is a sin just like it doesn't say that getting sick is a sin. Someone who is contemplating or who has committed suicide is a person who is suffering from a mental illness like depression and who is probably under some form of spiritual assault from the enemy of our souls.

It isn't in God's will for a person to be overcome by evil or to choose on their own to end their life before He has worked out all of his will for that person's life.

Ephesians 2:10 For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them.

If you are suffering from depression and going through a "valley season" in your life you should seek help from other members of the body of Christ and from people in the medical field who can help you with whatever chemical causes there may be for how you feel.

Don't let the Devil whom Jesus said was a murderer from the beginning trick you into forfeiting all that God has for you in this life.

Philippians 4:6 do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. (7) And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. (8) Finally, brothers, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is just, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is commendable, if there is any excellence, if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. (9) What you have learned and received and heard and seen in me--practice these things, and the God of peace will be with you.

Draw near to the Lord in prayer and remember that He walks with us through these valley times.

Psalms 23:1 A Psalm of David. The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. (2) He makes me lie down in green pastures. He leads me beside still waters. (3) He restores my soul. He leads me in paths of righteousness for his name's sake. (4) Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. (5) You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. (6) Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life, and I shall dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Specific to your question, it does not say that.
But "Thou shalt not kill." certainly seems to cover it.
Dying in a state of sin, such as suicide, leaves those who succeed in it in grave (no pun intended) jeapardy as to their destination for eternity.

Well suicide is murder. Only your doing it to your self. Only that person and God knows that answer.
