I mean a short course for cutting hair.

i would'nt reccomend a short course theres too many crap hairdressers out there who have done full courses

A course for only cutting short hair or short in length of time? You could try your local college for evening classes - check it out on the internet...

I think you will find that only long hair needs cutting.
