I love to eat a good wrap, a good salad, or a good stirfry
All of them if properly prepared are extrordinarily healthy!

I have some wrap recipes that can be converted to salads at this link.
Check them out I think you'll like them.

For breakfast I like to eat a burrito--which again can be healthy if made with healthy intentions.
Right now Im eating oatmeal, but I love healthy start cereal
The Key to a good breakfast is high in fiber and a good source of protein.

I am trying to lose weight too. I have been having a V8 or a cup of Light and Fit yougurt for breakfast. They are both really low in calories and if I sip the V8 over the course of my morning then I don't get hungry before it is time for lunch. For luch I have a can of soup. Most kinds you can eat the whole can for less than 250 calories. Or I will eat a can of tuna (in water not oil) with triscuts or a can of green beans. All these are super easy and quick meals. Good luck!

For breakfast, I have oatmeal with 8 oz of orange juice and an egg, or I have a half a bagel with 8 ox of orange juice.

For lunch I always have a salad, a v8, and a 1/2 cup of fruit (like pineapple). Then I also include something like spicy shrimp and rice, bbq boneless, skinless chicken, or beef stirfry with peppers and onions.

There are also a lot of great sandwich ideas too like ham or turkey. My husband loves turkey or ham with tomato, lettuce and mustard.

Ok, here are some:
Breakfast:
2% Milk, Heat one cup in the microwave and then add oatmeal and raisings. Stir and wait for it to cool down. Grab two slices of whole grain bread.

Mid Morning:
Fruit! Two pieces of it.

Lunch:
Go to the supermarket and get olive oil (you body needs fat so give it the poly instaturated good one). Get some veggies, make sure they are the most organic you can get. Make a salad and use the oil in it. Get chicken breast without bones, and cook them on a pan with a little oil. Get some whole rice.

Mid afternoon:

Go for another salad and more chicken.

For breakfast I had a bowl of fresh fruit and a bowl of cooked oatmeal with honey and chopped pecans.
For lunch I am going to have tuna salad in a tomato that has been scooped out.

Breakfast (early) = 1 small to medium sized Banana
Breakfast (2 hours later) = 1 cup of high fiber cereal (I like Kashi Good Friends Cinna-Raisin Crunch) with 6 ounces of fat free yogurt and 1 cup of berries.

Lunch = Salad with 3-4 ounces of lean protein (tuna, chicken, etc) and fat free dressing. 1 cup of fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, melon, etc...)

Dinner = 5-6 ounces of lean protein (chicken, turkey, fish, etc) with 1/2 cup of brown rice or soy pasta and 2 cups of steamed fresh vegetables lightly sauteed in 1 Tbl of Olive Oil. For dessert I indulge in some Fat Free Chocolate Fudge pudding (snack pack).

Snack = Small handful of unsalted nuts or 1-1/2 ounces of 50% reduced fat cheese.
