They'll say yes. They're all heroes until it actually happens. Remember there are no Christians in foxholes-only realists.

no person dared as much as now to declare transforming into, or being waiting to create, any single concern, even a hair!! The writer and The Sustainer of maximum of those Creatures is One purely; if there have been greater advantageous than one there could have been confusion interior the heavens and the earth! That One is Allah (the only genuine God). do we detect a proof of the super universe? Is there any convincing interpretation of the secret of existence? We understand that no kin can function acceptable and not applying a accountable head, that no city can prosperously exist with out sound administration, and that no state can stay to tell the story and not applying a pacesetter of a few form. We additionally understand that no longer something comes into being by using itself. besides, we be conscious that the universe exists and applications interior the main orderly way, and that it has survived for hundreds of hundreds of years. do we, then, say that each physique it is unintended and haphazard? do we characteristic the existence of guy and the entire international to mere risk. interior the international then there must be a brilliant rigidity in action to maintain each thing so as. interior the gorgeous nature there must be a brilliant writer who creates the main fascinating products of artwork and produces each thing for a particular purpose in existence. The deeply enlightened human beings know this writer and phone him Allah 'God'. he's not human simply by fact no human can create or make yet another human. he's not an animal neither is He a plant. he's neither an idol neither is He a statue of any form simply by fact none of those issues could make itself or create the rest. he's not comparable to all of those issues, simply by fact he's the maker and keeper of all of them. The maker of something must be diverse from and greater advantageous than the flaws which he makes.

Yep... I put my life in his hand many years ago. God sent his son to Jesus to die for our sins we can offer no less.
“I have held many things in my hands, and I have lost them all; but whatever I have placed in God's hands, that I still possess” - Martin Luther
Cassie Bernall did. This is from a news report on Columbine.
When Eric Harris and Dylan Klebold began shooting up their school, they did not fire randomly. In their twisted minds, Athletes, minorities and Christians were the enemy.
"Do you believe in God?" they asked Cassie Bernall. They knew full well she did. The girl who had once indulged in the occult (as the killers now did) had moved into a realm of peace when she learned to center her heart on Christ. She became a church-goer and a worker among those who needed Christ. Often she brought her Bible to school.
She was reading it in the library when the killer pointed his gun at her. Did she believe in God? "Yes, I believe in God," she replied.
"Why?" asked the boy in the dark trenchcoat. Without waiting for an answer, he pulled the trigger.
... further in the article
"The Sunday before her death, Cassie wrote these words after church:
Now I have given up on everything else I have found it to be the only way
To really know Christ and to experience
The mighty power that brought Him back to life again, and to find
Out what it means to suffer and to
Die with him.
So, whatever it takes I will be one who lives in the fresh
Newness of life of those who are
Alive from the dead."
People do it all the time. www.persecution.com

Personally, I hope such a scenario will never happen.
If it should, I must admit there are things I would die for.
I don't believe I would deny God's existence.
So then I'm dead.
If the God I died for is indeed a loving God, He would find my steadfastness lauditory.
Therefore, He would most likely show His appreciation....in some real fashion.
If not .....I did what I personally had to do.

How would getting shot be "giving up my life for God" in this scenario? I think God would rather have us LIVE our life for Him...
However, I'm at a place in my life where I would answer yes and let the consequences of that answer be what they may. I don't have much fear of death at this point.

I believe this was already done at Columbine.
I would say whatever I needed to say to get out alive, provided I knew what that was.
If you believe in God, perhaps saying "no" and renouncing him before you get shot between the eyes is not such a wise choice.

Yes. In the Bible, it is mentioned that whoever finds his life shall lose it, but whoever loses his life for God shall find it. It also says that whomsoever denies God will be denied by Jesus. I rather have eternal life in heaven than a meaningless life on earth.

Yes I would say I believe in God. Now if it was like it was when Nero was killing christians and what he use to do I dont know what I would do then. He would burn teenagers on stakes and use it as candle light for his dinner. Right now with me being out of fellowship with God and Jesus I could not say if I would deny or not.

I would hope the answer I give will be the one to keep me from being shot. If I were to be killed for being a believer, I'd lie my way out of it. I've got kids to take care of in the here and now, I'm a single mom, there's no one else. God's just going to have to understand that my family does, and always will, come first.

YOu mean would I lie at gunpoint, or do you mean that I'm faking believing and will only tell the truth under threat of death. I might lie to be honest, if my life or the lives of my loved ones depended on it. But my belief in God is firm and unchanging.
