Errr...never heard of ths one, but I doubt it.

All you are doing is adding another acid (and not much of it), this time in concentrated form, to an already acidic place. This could even be bad for your health by aggravating an ulcer used to stomach acid. You might even cause sores to appear in your mouth, as your mouth and throat do NOT have the safeguards that your stomach has. Stomach acid is already stronger then citric acid, so you might even be diluting it...

If you want good digestion, eat in moderation. Fully chew your foods. Don't eat right before bedtime. Get plenty of exercise, and stay away from "bad" foods.

He should try eating more fiber, taking flax seed oil/omega 3 oils & taking acidophillus or plain yogurt. Or he could do something more simple and eat prunes which aids people in having bowel movements. If he feels bloated it is likely he is not digesting his food properly and it is staying in his small intestine and not moving into his large intestine causing the food to decay and creating bloating as a result of the build up of bacteria in the system. Try those natural alternatives. It may help him.

Just chew your food really well, because that is the best way to easily digest food.

Chew each bite 25-30 times, or more.
