By being confident, more than anything. DO NOT under any circumstances, act desperate. The bottom line is that no one wants someone who is desperate and no one wants anyone who wants them too much. Confidence is key. If you see them out, don't go right to him either. Do your own thing (while smiling), and if you want, try to get in his line of sight, but don't go right to him. Nothing is more attractive than a person having fun. Let him feel your vibes and then you can go over. Remember though, guys can smell desperation immediately, and they'll either use you or not be interested. Good luck.
