I would think tuna would be pretty high up there. Tell me your thoughts. Thanks!

fatty fish like salmon is much better than tuna because it is high in omega fatty acids.

meat would probably be buffalo

poultry would probably be ostrich

Any red meat that is 90 % lean
Lean sausage
Broiled fish
Turkey or Chicken

You can pretty much get any meat or poultry LEAN

Turkey it is known to be the least fattest meat and can be used in all sorts of dishes. eg, healthy curries, pasta. Tuna is actually fish not meat

It all depends on what your body likes best, I have trouble digesting red meat so tend to go for white meat. If you do not have such trouble it does not really matter what meat you choose as long as you vary your diet and the meat you eat is good quality.

Probably a toss up between turkey and tuna. I would go for the turkey because there is a lot more you can do with it recipe wise.
