go to Microsoft home look for downloads it will check your PC and upgrade all your OS programs you may have to go back a few times though before SP2 is put on for you

That's not an upgrade but more of a patch. Just go to www.microsoft.com and there should be a 'download' button. From there do a search for Service Pack 2 for XP.

You mean you actually want the additional 32,532 back doors installed so the kids in Rumania and China can send the Bots to Zombie your system?
For security, and 5500 FREE games and programs, all my friends run http://pclinuxos.com instead. It can run in the CDrom, or on the hard drive, as one of the many OSes you can have there, or, you can backup your files, and install on top of the Windows system.
I know a kid in Hong Kong has all your files, already backed up.

Look in the program menu on xp and click windows update, it should do most of it for you from there.
