well there was this guy who i liked and he liked me back so i asked him out. well the only problem is that he is shy. normally just a little but around me he can hardly seem to talk sometimes. i think hes just nervous because hes never had a gf b4 but its hard to talk to him much when he cant start a conversation himself. i really like him and im not going to break up with him any time soon so dont suggest that. just does anyone have a way of being able to talk to him better or get him to talk more???? advice????????

Try a less direct approach. Try to identify with him on a variety of other things first. His hobbies, etc. Talk about the light stuff before talking about the heavy stuff. Too much directness might be shutting him down because he doesn't have enough experience to react naturally, and he may be afraid of doing something wrong.

this kind of guys is so honest so u should try to be to careful with them cuz they r very fragile too so i will tell u what to say and what to do with him
try first to make him feel that u r not his GF only and u r his friend too by doing mad things and funny stuff together try to make him feel that anything is going to say is something that u r so interested at try to pull the words from him by giving him a question and wait for the ans and try to make him explain to u
make him talk alto just for practice and trust me u will find him do what u really wants :) hope for u a good nice life

All you can do is be open and honest with him and hope that he'll follow your example. Open honest communication is a key to any successful relationship. He's stressed and it may take some time for him to discover that you are just a person, not some otherworldly "creature" that has blessed him with your presence. keep talking to him...he'll come around

Find out (by asking him) what his interests are... and ask him questions about them. Find out what he likes to eat, and make him a dinner. People talk about their interests, and their experiences. Ask him if he's ever travelled, and where did he go... what did he like or not like about it. Pretty soon he'll start to feel more comfortable around you. It's not uncommon for a guy to be a little tongue-tied around a girl he likes! :o)

Aww bless, he must be totally bowled over by you so can't seem to speak, I'm afraid it's probably gonna take time, As he gets to know you and feels less conscious he'll be more confident with you and less shy, especially since your his first girlfriend!!.

hes purely shy. some men are, i'm. attempt asking him out, whats the worst that occurs? perchance deliver it up like "i know we reported dating and we the two reported that we are actually not involved... is that still the variety you experience?" ok perchance unlike that... yet you get the place i replace into going. especially because of the fact it appears that evidently such as you pronounced first that your not involved in dating. His roomates gf saying that he likes somebody unquestionably skill you - if it didnt, and it replace into somebody else, she might of reported i dont think of he likes you. yet because of the fact she is conscious he likes somebody, and didnt attempt speaking you out of it, then thats a eco-friendly gentle.

Well, if you try too hard you will actually make it worse for him. And if he seems more shy around you, go out with him and his pals or in groups.

Be patient. Try doing something he likes with him. If you find something he wants to talk about, its a start.
Maybe he's just quiet. That makes you uncomfortable. Talk about that.
