If you have heard of the "lonely ugly duckling" technique, would you care to tell me more? First time I heard it from a friend, and thought that may have been applied to me by someone else.

oh, maybe I should explain... my platonic friend told me that guys may either want to impress girls by showing they have conquered many OR play the lonely ugly duckling and get the compassion of the girl. That apparently these two are the most common...
The lonely ugly duckling technique certainly is a surprise to me. What does everyone think?

Never heard of it that way, but people tend to use techniques like that to get people to feel sorry for them and to get date by getting to the other person emotion side. S.G

I've never heard of that technique being good at anything but getting you in the friend zone. (see, he's your platonic friend...probably a good reason for that).

Women are not generally attracted to guys that have low self-esteem or come off as sad and/or needy.

you are able to desire to tutor them your early life photos to tutor how good searching you became out so as that they could have desire. i became an incredibly lovable toddler, yet as quickly as I became 12, I became into something unusual searching. My enamel grew to alter into too vast for my mouth, my nostril took on the visual appeal of a blob of dough, my hair grew to alter into and scouring pad and zits struck. Puberty became me into an oily version of Mrs. Potato Head. luckily as quickly as I reached nineteen i began out to look human lower back, in actuality, somewhat respectable. Now i do no longer look like a duckling, greater like a drained previous swan.
