Not as many in the city area itself. LA tends to go from Rags to Riches very quickly. But in the surrounding areas you will find a very large middle class demographic.

Answer: of course there are. In fact, most of the homes in the area would fall safely in the middle-class catagory.

The problem is paying for them. A 2 bedroom cracker box a crummy part of town is worth half a million dollars.

It depends on what you consider "middle Class"

A $800,000 dollar home is average in some areas in L.A. but it may be very expensive to someone from a small town in Alabama...

Yes, there are. Apparently most people don't pay a million dollars for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on a tiny lot, but we do.

No, there are alot of high classed people because of all the prostitues and they earn so much money each year. Within 10 years they will all be as rich as Bill Gates, even. =] So go there and become one of the member of the family, a HOE.

A decent middle class home will run you between 500,000 - 1,000,000 in L.A. No joke. And that won't even guarantee a nice neighborhood.

There are quite a few in surrounding area's. Try Moreno Valley, I lived there for a year and loved it.

Not really---for peeps from other less expensive areas, a little house you would not live in, could cost you half a million dollars...
