whats the problem,is there anything i can do?

dvd's are encoded to only play in the region they're sold......if you buy a foreign one it might not be compatible.....either get a non-regional dvd player or find out if there's a way tounlock yours......search the internet for your make and model and unlocking techniques..........

Nothing you could do, unless you buy a region free dvd player, thats the only thing I could think of. Next time check the region before buying, and if you need to know the regions, check out wikipedia, and type in dvd region codes or similar.

copy the dvd, then in the options for the software, choose the correct region, then burn.

In North America, we use region 1............

get someone to burn the dvd
the burner has to be able to bypass the region codes
