Sin is not always forgiven.
1. If we do not forgive others then God does not forgive us.
2. Also in Hebrews it says that wilfull sin is not covered by God's sacrifice. So if you say, I'm going to sin because I know God will for give me, so I can enjoy the sin and then.... that is not covered.
Hebrews 10:26 For if we go on sinning willfully after receiving the knowledge of the truth, there no longer remains a sacrifice for sins,
3 Also sin committed is forgiven but not forgotten. We still must live and pay the consequesnces for our sins. That sin of sex before marriage will carry consequences throughout her life, even if she doesn't se it.

You need to define SIN. You can not say another person has comitted sin. You can only sin if you truly believe you do something contrary to the will of God. Someone else may have an entirely different view. God has said he forgives a trully sorry sinner. We humnas do things we shouldn't - that's a given. If we know it is not something God would have us do, then that act or omission is sin. You can't decide for others.
Your friend having sex before marriage is not inself sin. Look at it this way. No act in and of itslef is sinful. It is the person's concept that makes it a sin, not the act.
Yes, God forgives you no matter what. IF YOU ARE TRULY SORRY. Man, however does not forgive/

God forgives us from our sins. God is merciful, He is good all the time.. But my friend, it doesn't mean that we can sin all our life. What we should do is to live our life the way God wants us to do, and leave the bad things that you used to do, turn away from your old ways and thank God for His forgiveness.. The moment you confessed with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead you will be saved (Romans 10:9-10)..
God is a forgiving God, and a loving God.. He is willing and He is able to help us and even change us. But, the question is.. do you accept God's help? or Live your life the way you want it?
I hope somehow I helped you.. Bye!! Take Care & You are Blessed!! c",)

You're only fooling yourself if you do that. If you break all the cardinal sins and the ten comandments, what kind of life will you lead? Will you feel comfortable with the thought that you're a low life?
Her sin will get back to her when her parents know and kick her out of the house, when her BF decides to be a kiss-and-tell and she gets a bad reputation around, when everybody decides to toy her around because they state that she's good for nothing other than bed fun, and when she acquires some STD or gets pregnant and can't tell who's the father.
THAT will be her personal hell.
You already worried enough to tell her, right? Then let her find her own way. And if you're a good friend, be there when she falls down way too deep and asks for help to stand up. She's the only one that can save her soul.

Your friend is in danger and may not be a believer, for as Paul says, "shall we continue sinning so that grace may abound more? May it never be.
While sins are forgiven the repentant sinner (you must repent and turn back to God) YES, the evidence of faith is that we make it a fight. As for your example, fornication is clearly a sin, but what is marriage? Does your friend consider the man she has had sex with her husband? In some societies, the act of sex MAKES YOU MARRIED. Therefore, if she had sex before "marriage" with this man it may not be fornication. Jesus is most interested in the heart; sexual sin is tricky. He also says, "if you look at a woman with lust you have committed adultry".
Yes, Jesus died for every sin for the sinner who turns his life over to Jesus. But you must turn your life over and that means following His will and not your own. Not that you become a robot....but you become spirit-led. It's the best life, try it and see!

Ever heard of intentional sin.....if not read your bible. God will forgive you for your sins, but intentional sins are slightly different.
Would you forgive your mate if she cheated on you over and over again? No, you wouldnt. You would get tired of it and move on even though that person will always remain in the back of your mind. So think about it. No man knows his day or time. Why risk it! In the end you might not have a chance to say....Forgive me Lord for all of my sins!

your friend is playing with fire...God is a God of love and mercy, but he is also a God of severity and He grows weary of our repentence...
Hebrews 10: 26For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries. 28He that despised Moses' law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.
Romans 11: 21For if God spared not the natural branches, take heed lest he also spare not thee. 22Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Hebrews 12: 29For our God is a consuming fire.
Jeremiah 15:6Thou hast forsaken me, saith the LORD, thou art gone backward: therefore will I stretch out my hand against thee, and destroy thee; I am weary with repenting.

if you know your sinning but you use the excuse to say that god will forgive me is wrong, you have to learn from your mistakes in the past and try your best to be a better person in the future

Well, no. You see if you commit your life to Jesus you must stop sinning purposely. I mean if you do sin God will forgive you if you repent, but you must actually be sorry that you did it and stop doing that sin.
LIKE jESUS SAID TO THE PROSTITUDE: YOU ARE FORGIVEN, BUT GO AND SIN NO MORE!
